  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Scoop and bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spaced evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool and serve: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
